Darren Wilson

Sales Director

Darren joined ReAgent in 1989 and worked on our factory floor up until 2000 when his role changed to Technical Manager. With the support of ReAgent Darren has since gained a raft of scientific and technical qualifications, become a Member of The Royal Society of Chemistry as well as being accredited with a Professional Diploma in Manufacturing from The Manufacturing Institute. In his capacity as Operations Director Darren drove the continuous improvement and operational efficiency of all areas of our business as well as strategic planning, purchasing strategy, supply chain management, new product implementation and technical problem solving. Recently Darren has taken on a change of role to work as Sales Director for ReAgent. This role was identified as a result of in-house strategic planning. The new role will encompass the implementation of strategic changes in the sales department to enable achievement of the companies growth plans. Gary Walsh

Technical Sales

Gary joined the sales team here at ReAgent in 2015 as Technical Sales Representative. He started his career in the chemical industry 35 years ago, working within the quality laboratories at Joseph Crosfield & Sons in Warrington, and remained within the Unilever organisation for 30 years. During this time Gary worked across a multitude of functions, including product development, technical service, sales and marketing and business development predominantly in the Industrial detergent and hygiene businesses. Michael Gould

Sales Manager

Mike has been responsible for managing ReAgent’s sales team since 2007. Mike’s extensive previous experience in the laboratories of firms such as SGS and Kimberley Clarke coupled with his technical expertise and industry knowledge allows him and the rest of the sales team to provide a first class front line service to both new and existing customers. Alison Shepherd

Buyer

Alison started off in ReAgent’s Sales Department in 2009, and she went on to take on the role of Purchasing as the sales team grew and new opportunities were opened. Alison works alongside the sales team and is responsible for sourcing raw materials at the best price, resolving issues with invoices and liaising with carriers on deliveries, collection and payments. Cat Bridges

Sales Representative

Cat has been at ReAgent since 2010. Her previous roles involved customer service and credit control, making her a suitable addition to a sales team that is renowned for being both friendly and professional. Cat was initially taken on as Sales Admin but is now a Sales Representative. John Rankin

Customer Service Representative

John took on the role of Customer Service Representative at ReAgent, which is a position that has never previously been filled at ReAgent. Before joining ReAgent in 2014, John worked at a large mobile phone company for 9 years as a Sales Advisor and then Store Manager. With an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, John fits in to the job of being a point of contact for customers who have any questions or issues. Filling a new company position, John’s main duties are still evolving, but he currently books customer visits for the Sales Director and Sales Manager, ensures that queries are passed to the relevant department and contacts existing customers to maintain relations with them. Claire Butler

Sales Admin

Claire joins us from HMRC where she worked for over twenty years. During this time, she was involved with VAT, Freight and Intelligence at Manchester International Airport, and was also a member of the Customs training team. It was in this latter role that saw her posted in Dubai, training new UAE Customs Officers. Claire holds NVQs in Intelligence and Assessor Training, giving her a keen insight into various practices of the HMRC, and is looking forward to utilising her customer skills as part of the Sales Team.
